The first VEDELAGO generation arrived in Lalande de Pomerol in 1945 ; Fifteen years later Fanny and Angelo planted a vine parcel of 20 ares situated in the north west of the AOC.

In 1995 their son, Bruno, second generation, went into wine making and decided to live out of it. To achieve this he created his own vineyard from the ground up starting with one medow then two then five vine rows and today he is at the head of a vineyard reaching 9.5ha, with the help of his wife Sylvie and of their two chidren Thibaut and Tiffany.

The vineyard is divided into three appellations :

  • 4 hectares in Lalande de Pomerol
  • 5 hectares in Castillon- Côtes de Bordeaux
  • 0,5 hectares in Puisseguin-Saint Emilion.

Passion, tradition, emotion

The vineyard is managed in its entirety by the second and third VEDELAGO generations from the production to the wine commercialisation.

In fact their son Thibaut, graduated with a BTS, a two-year technical diploma in customer-advisory services and sale joined his father in 2007 in the family business, followed by his sister Tiffany, oenologist, in 2010.

This third generation, in their father’s footsteps, work hard in developping the family firm. The key-words are and will remain : passion, tradition and emotion.
